Thank you for using our Jobsetale.com job portal. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided. By purchasing any service from our platform, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Services

Our platform provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Job postings

  • Resume database access

  • Premium membership plans

  • Advertising or promotional services

  • Recruitment tools

Since these are digital and non-tangible services, they are considered delivered once activated.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If the same service was accidentally paid for more than once.

  2. Payment Successful but Service Not Activated – If the payment is deducted but the service does not activate within a reasonable time.

  3. Technical Error – If a technical issue prevents the service from being delivered and our team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Service already used, partially or fully

  • User entered wrong information or created a fake/incomplete profile

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase

  • Expiry of plan validity

  • Not receiving desired candidates or job matches

  • User’s failure to use the service within the validity period

  • Account suspension due to fraudulent activities or policy violation

5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
    Bank processing time may cause slight delays.


6. Subscription / Premium Plans

  • All subscription and premium plans are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime, but previously paid fees will not be refunded.


7. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found involved in:

  • Fake job postings

  • Fake candidate profiles

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Policy violations

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. ❌ No Job Guarantee

Our portal connects job seekers with employers but does not guarantee employment.
Payment made for premium services is for visibility and access only — not for guaranteed job offers.




9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately.
